By accessing or using Cribbi, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement. We may update or modify these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will be posted within the app. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this Agreement and are not prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws or regulations.
To use the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to update this information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.
Impersonate another person or entity, or mislead others about your identity.
Violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.
Use automated means (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or interact with the App.
Cribbi provides a platform for property managers, landlords, and tenants to share and discover available apartment listings. While we aim to ensure that listings are accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the quality, legality, or availability of any apartments.
Listings are created and maintained by third-party property owners or managers.
We do not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of listings and are not responsible for disputes regarding the condition, pricing, or availability of any apartments.
The App’s "matching" system allows users to express interest in specific listings or respond to potential tenants. However, a match does not constitute a rental agreement, and Cribbi is not a party to any lease or rental contract.
Users are encouraged to perform due diligence when engaging with others and should finalize rental agreements directly with landlords or property managers.
Cribbi is not responsible for any agreements made outside of the App or for the actions of any users.
Certain features of the App may require payment, including premium listings, promotion of apartment listings, or access to additional features.
All payments will be processed securely through our third-party payment processor.
You agree to pay any applicable fees as outlined in the App and acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable unless specified otherwise.
By using the App, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We take your privacy seriously and make efforts to protect your data, but cannot guarantee security against all potential threats.
All content, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and software, is the property of Cribbi or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App or its content without express permission.
The App is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations, either express or implied, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, personal injury, or financial loss.
We do not guarantee the outcome of any rental transactions or interactions between users.
You or Cribbi may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using the App and may lose access to certain features.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through [mediation/arbitration] in Texas, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cribbi, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the App, your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of third parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Cribbi regarding your use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements, oral or written, between you and Cribbi.
